  Responsibilities:

  Mechanical Breakdown Diagnosis & Overhauls: To restore production line stability, quickly address and repair significant mechanical failures on automated manufacturing machinery by replacing worn internal components.

  FluidPower & Pneumatics Engineering Maintenance: To fix mechanical speed losses or pressure lag faults, troubleshoot, repair, and optimise high-pressure hydraulic pumps, direction control valves, cylinders, accumulators, and intricate pneumatic logic circuits.

  PrecisionGeometric & SpatialAlignment: To avoid product dimensional deviations, use dial gauges, laser alignment kits, and micrometres to perform mechanical levelling, multi-axis shaft alignments, and geometric accuracy checks on heavy tooling gear.

  Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Execution: Oversee and carry out predictive and preventive maintenance procedures in a methodical manner.

  Spare Parts Optimisation & Tool Kit Control: To lower Mean Time to Repair, strictly monitor inventory of essential mechanical parts, such as conveyor belts, hydraulic valves, specialised bearings, and bespoke seal kits.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Mechanical Systems & Assembly Blueprint Literacy: Total proficiency in deciphering complex hydraulic circuit maps, gear configuration schematics, exploded layouts, and mechanical assembly prints.

  Industrial Fluid Power Diagnostics: Accurately adjusting pressure relief valves, detecting pump internal leakage symptoms, and tracing high-pressure oil lines.

  Expert precision using dial indicators, micrometre sets, bore gauges, torque tools, and laser alignment equipment securely is known as precision metrology and mechanical tooling fluency.

  Strong understanding of safe mechanical lifting techniques, overhead crane operations, balance mechanics, and stringent Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) energy isolation procedures are all necessary for heavy rigging and shop floor safety.
