  Your Duties:

  Advanced Tooling Complex Assembly: Carefully build and balance the best cutting inserts, toolholders, boring bars, and tool extensions for the designated machining route by interpreting part drawings.

  Workholding Engineering & Fixture Rigging: Using dial indicators to confirm part runout within stringent bounds, set up and align sophisticated machine workholding systems, such as three-jaw chucks, hydraulic fixtures, indexing units, and unique modular jaw setups.

  G-Code Optimization & Troubleshooting: To modify feed rates, add block skips, fix tool path clearances, or optimize coolant delivery codes, load engineering program files into machine controllers and carefully examine code structures line by line.

  First-Part Trial Execution: To rule out any chance of a structural tool or spindle collision, run the machine through its initial trial sequence using single-block controls, feed overrides, and dry-run modes.
