  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding pending or denied claims.
  
  Verify claim status, resolve billing issues, and escalate complex cases if required.
  
  Follow up regularly to ensure timely payments are received.
  
  Analyze claim denials and suggest corrective actions.
  
  Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions with insurance representatives.
  
  Work with the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team to reduce aging accounts receivable.
  
  Skills Required:
  
  Solid communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency is a must).
  
  Good knowledge of US healthcare terminology, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance guidelines.
  
  Problem-solving and analytical ability.
  
  Willingness to work in night shifts (as per US time zones).
  
  Basic computer and typing skills.
  
  Location: Chennai
  
  Qualification: Any Degree
  
  Experience: 0 to 2 years
