  Your Duties:

  Frontline Shift Operations & Manpower Management: Manage line assignments, shift rosters, and attendance to guarantee complete station coverage and hourly output targets. Oversee, assign, and oversee shift tasks for operators, technicians, and contract personnel.

  Shift Target Execution & Line Efficiency: Oversee daily fabrication, machining, and assembly line operations; keep an eye on hourly production output in relation to predetermined objectives; enforce Takt times; and reduce line stoppage times.

  OEE Tracking, Yield Optimisation, and Scrap Control: Throughout the shift, keep an eye on OEE, First Time Through yield, and scrap generation. To reduce scrap, find the underlying reasons of process variances, material flaws, and machine slowdowns.

  SOP Enforcement, 5S & Lean Operations: Promote 5S workplace organization, Pokayoke checks, and daily Kaizen routines on the factory floor while enforcing operational compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
