  Job Description:

  The main "Frontline Electrical Maintenance Anchor" in our industrial processing and manufacturing plants is the Electrical Technician-Plant Maintenance, Equipment Repair, Troubleshooting & Electrical Safety. Your major responsibility is to inspect, maintain, diagnose, repair, and install industrial electrical equipment, power wiring, motor controls, and lighting systems throughout the shop floor, while electrical engineers design power distribution networks and plant managers set production goals. As the "Guardian of Electrical Up-time, Quick Breakdown Resolution, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Electrical Safety Protocols, and Zero Workplace Electrical Hazards," you assume direct responsibility for maintaining the dependability, efficiency, and safety of machines.

   

  Key Duties:

  Maintaining and repairing industrial electrical gear, such as AC/DC electric motors, transformers, Motor Control Centers, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, solenoids, and switchboards, is known as electrical equipment maintenance and repair.

  Control Panel Wiring & Installation: To wire, alter, put together, and test industrial control panels, junction boxes, cable trays, conduits, VFD power lines, and push-button stations, read electrical wiring schematics.

  Breakdown Response & Fault Diagnosis: Trace electrical continuity, ground faults, and phase imbalances using multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers; react quickly to emergency electrical trippings or machine stoppages.

  Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Implementation: To avoid unplanned equipment failures, carry out planned preventative maintenance work orders, such as panel cleaning, terminal tightening, motor greasing/insulation inspections, and thermal hot-spot spot checks.
