  Job Description:

  The main "Frontline Electrical Anchor, Control Panel Wiring Specialist, Rapid Fault Resolver & Equipment Safety Guardian" in our manufacturing operations is the Electrical Technician in Manufacturing Industries Electrical Maintenance, Panel Wiring, Motors & Drives, Shop-Floor Troubleshooting & Safety Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out hands-on electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance (PM) on motors and control panels, replace defective wiring and sensors, and react quickly to shop-floor electrical breakdowns while plant directors and electrical engineers create macro power distribution strategies, electrical capital budgets, and automation upgrade roadmaps. As the "Guardian of Machinery Power Stability, Electrical Safety, Cable Integrity, and Rapid Breakdown Resolution," you assume direct responsibility for reducing electrical outages and guaranteeing the safe operation of equipment.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Practical Electrical Troubleshooting and Wiring: Proficient in panel wiring, soldering, cable laying, terminal crimping, and AC/DC motor, DOL/star-delta starter, relay, and contactor repairs.

  Electrical Schematic & Blueprint Reading: The ability to read sensor logic schematics, panel wire layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), and multi-page control circuit diagrams.

  Testing Equipment & Metrology Command: Knowledge of how to use phase rotation meters, digital multimeters, clamp meters, Megger insulation testers, and earth resistance testers.

  Strict adherence to electrical safety measures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) regulations, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe arc-flash working techniques are all part of industrial LOTO and workplace safety standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
