  Location: In And Around Chennai

   

  Your Duties:

  Field Instrumentation Calibration & Tuning: Ensure perfect signal alignment by calibrating, configuring, and validating industrial measuring devices, such as gas analysers, hydrostatic level gauges, magnetic flow meters, smart temperature transmitters, and differential pressure sensors.

  Automation Control System Troubleshooting: Identify and fix problems in human-machine interfaces, distributed control systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), tracking wiring issues down to particular analog/digital I/O channels.

  Control Valve & Actuator Overhauling: Pneumatic and electronic control valves are serviced, repaired, and stroke-tested; positioners are tuned; seal packing limitations are checked; and mechanical sticking or air leaks are fixed.

  Electrical Power & Control Maintenance: Keep distribution panels, protection relays, variable frequency drives, low-voltage motor control centers, and emergency battery banks in good working order.

  Loop Testing & Commissioning: Verify proper transmission lines from field assets back to control room displays by performing multi-wire loop checks.
