  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Extensive hands-on experience operating VMC equipment using major controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, Heidenhain, etc.).

  Experience reading mechanical engineering drawings, process plans and understanding Geometric Dimensions and Tolerancing (GD&T). 

  Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators, height gauges, bore gauges).

  Basic understanding of G-code and M-code commands to perform tool wear compensation and program validation. 

  Excellent mechanical ability, high precision, spatial visualization and attention to detail.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
