  The main "Frontline Patient Data Registration, Insurance Verification, Claim Creation & Data Integrity Anchor" for our healthcare revenue cycle operations is the Demographic Entry Executive-Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Registration, Insurance Eligibility & Medical Billing Specialist. Your main responsibility is to correctly register patient demographics, enter insurance policy details, confirm coverage active dates, and create foundational encounter records within medical billing software, while RCM managers and billing directors oversee overall claim lifecycle strategies and clean claim rate benchmarks. As the "Guardian of Clean Claim Initialisation, Patient Data Accuracy, Front-End Error Prevention, and Zero Eligibility Denials," you assume direct responsibility for making sure that all medical claims are entered into the billing pipeline with 100% accurate data.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Patient registration and demographic entry Precision: Quick, error-free data entry with in-depth understanding of guarantor connections and patient registration processes.

  US Healthcare Insurance & Payer Card Literacy: A thorough comprehension of how to read medical insurance cards (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Advantage plans), distinguish between subscriber and dependent connections, and recognise payer IDs.

  Medical Billing Software & Clearinghouse Navigation: Practical knowledge of clearinghouse portals (Availity, Waystar, Optum) and medical practice management systems.

  HIPAA & PHI Security Adherence: Strict knowledge of data security regulations, management of private records, and storage of healthcare data in accordance with legal requirements.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
