•  Conveyor and Material Handling Maintenance Supervisor

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Lead, assign, and supervise daily activities of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians, shift technicians, and external service contractors.

  Coordinate and execute planned Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, Autonomous Maintenance checklists, and Predictive Maintenance routines.

  Direct real-time troubleshooting and repair activities during emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize production line stoppages.

  Monitor equipment performance, machine efficiency, and key maintenance metrics, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

  Manage floor-level spare parts inventory, track usage, log work orders, and request reorders to prevent maintenance-related delays.

  Enforce strict shop-floor Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, hot work permits, and proper PPE compliance.

  Lead root-cause analysis sessions (5-Why, Fishbone) for critical machinery failures and log action reports in CMMS or ERP systems

   

  Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
