  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  VMC Machine Setup & Work-Holding Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience in the setup of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis Vertical Machining Centers, including rotary table alignment, vice truing, and dial indicator fixture alignment.

  G-Code Interpretation & Program Debugging: Demonstrated ability to securely prove out intricate 3D toolpaths, override feeds and speeds, read and edit G-code and M-code at the control panel, and create work coordinate systems.

  Expertise in Precision Metrology and Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading intricate engineering drawings, deciphering GD&T symbols, and utilising precision measurement instruments for first validation.

  Physics of Tools and Machining Knowledge: Strong grasp of chip breakers, coolant kinds, cutting geometries, insert grades, feeds and speeds calculations, and tool wear mechanisms in steel, aluminium, cast iron, and exotic alloys.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
