• E&I Technician Key Equipment Maintenance Specialist

  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  To ensure perfect signal alignment, calibrate, set up, and confirm industrial measuring devices, such as gas analysers, differential pressure sensors, hydrostatic level gauges, magnetic flow meters, and smart temperature transmitters. Identify and resolve issues with human-machine interfaces, distributed control systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) by tracking wiring problems down to particular analog/digital I/O channels. Pneumatic and electronic control valves are serviced, repaired, and stroke-tested. Positioners are tuned, seal packing limitations are checked, and mechanical sticking or air leaks are fixed. Keep low-voltage motor control centers, variable frequency drives, distribution panels, protection relays, and emergency battery banks in good working order. Verify the proper transmission channels from field assets back to control room displays by performing multi-wire loop tests.
