  Responsibilities:

  Executive Quality Strategy & Plant Governance: Establish a proactive zero-defect culture throughout all manufacturing processes by developing, communicating, and implementing the yearly plant quality strategy, quality objectives, and key performance indicators.

  Customer Relationship & Claim Resolution Leadership: Oversee cross-functional engineering teams in carrying out thorough 8D root cause problem-solving and establishing long-term Corrective and Preventive Actions; serve as the main point of contact for all customer quality reviews, customer audits, and field returns.

  QMS Certification & Compliance Ownership: Oversee the Quality Management System as a whole while adhering strictly to ISO, IATF, or aerospace/medical requirements; oversee system audits for customers, third parties, and internal systems.

  Advanced NPI Leadership & Product Quality Planning: Ensure smooth launch quality with no start-up defects by supervising the implementation of APQP gateways and Production Part Approval Process submissions for all New Product Introductions.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Executive Quality Leadership & Quality Management Systems: Multi-tier quality team leadership, layered process audits, ISO, IATF, and Total Quality Management (TQM) strategic expertise.

  Mastery of the Full Suite Quality Core Tools: Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and Statistical Process Control.

  Customer Interface & Executive Problem Solving: Outstanding capacity to oversee organised problem-solving techniques, lead high-stakes quality evaluations, and handle demanding OEM customers.

  Financial Quality Acumen & COPQ Optimisation: Strong financial literacy to assess quality capital expenditures, compute, report, and lower the Cost of Poor Quality, and match plant profitability with quality objectives.

   

  Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
