  Responsibilities:

  Precision Machinery Operation: Handle powered industrial trucks, such as heavy-duty pallet lifters, stand-up reach trucks, and sit-down LPG/Electric forklifts, safely on congested staging docks.

  Safe Loading & Unloading: Make sure the axle weight distributions are optimal and use the appropriate load locks while unloading arriving component shipments and loading outgoing completed goods onto freight trailers

  Production Line Material Supply: Make sure assembly operators never run out of stock by promptly delivering specified raw materials from deep storage to active fabrication cells.

  High-Bay Stacking & Put-Away: Taking center-of-gravity variations into consideration, safely lift, stack, and retrieve loaded pallets from multi-tier high-bay storage racks up to ceiling heights

  RFScanning & SystemTracking: Use portable RF terminals connected to the Warehouse Management System to scan barcodes in order to track storage rows, confirm item counts, and match product descriptions.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Managing large forklifts, evaluating load capacity plates, computing tilt variables, and controlling narrow-aisle turning radii are all examples of industrial material handling machinery mastery.

  WMS Navigation & RF Terminal Literacy: The ability to accurately scan incoming goods, process digital pick tickets, enter batch numbers, and confirm storage addresses.

  Spatial Awareness & Balance Calibration: Outstanding depth perception and hand-eye coordination to safely align forks and slip them into hefty pallet pockets at high angles.

  Strict inventory flow systems, stacking tolerances, block-stacking limitations, and industrial traffic regulations are all fully understood in the field of industrial storage logistics.
