  Job Description

  The main "Software Engineering Engine, Backend Systems Architect, API Integration Anchor & Application Performance Guardian" for our software product development and technology teams is the Python Developer Backend Architecture, API Design, Data Processing, Microservices & System Performance Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, write, test, deploy, and maintain reliable Python-based applications, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and automated data processing workflows while Solutions Architects, Engineering Directors, DevOps Leads, and Chief Technology Officers set high-level software architecture strategies, cloud infrastructure standards, technology stacks, and security compliance frameworks.

   

  Responsibilities

  Backend System Development & Microservice Architecture: Using Python frameworks and adhering to clean code standards and design patterns, design, build, and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend application logic.

  RESTful & GraphQL API Engineering: Create, safeguard, record, and manage high-throughput RESTful and GraphQL APIs with input validation, rate limiting, and strong authentication.

  Database Integration & ORM Management: Create database schemas and use ORM tools or raw query drivers to create optimised queries and migrations between SQL and NoSQL databases.

  Asynchronous Task Processing & Queue Management: Use message brokers, AsyncIO, Celery, and Redis to implement asynchronous workflows, background job processing, and distributed task queues.

  Automated Testing, CI/CD, and Code Quality Maintenance: Use PyTest or Unittest to create thorough unit, integration, and functional test suites; keep up with automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, code review guidelines, and static code analysis tools.

   

  Skills:

  Python Language Mastery & Framework Expertise: Extensive knowledge of memory management, concurrency models, basic web frameworks, and core Python.

  Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, GraphQL, JWT authentication, CORS, and web application security standards are among the API design and security capabilities.

  Advanced knowledge of relational database architecture, query optimisation, indexing techniques, transaction processing, and key-value caching layers is required for database systems and data modelling.

  Cloud, Containerisation, and DevOps Knowledge: Practical knowledge of cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
