  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Aged AR Portfolio Analysis & Prioritisation: To optimise financial recovery, evaluate monthly aged accounts receivable data and give priority to high-dollar, ageing, and timely filing risk claims.

  Execution of Insurance Follow-Up and Escalation: To monitor the status of claim adjudication and speed up processing, contact insurance claims departments by phone, online, or through interactive voice response systems.

  Denial Management & Root Cause Analysis: Examine EOB/ERA denial codes, carry out root cause analysis for underpaid or unpaid claims, and direct underlying coding or billing errors to the relevant internal teams.

  Re-submission of Claims and Formal Written Appeals: For complex claim denials, draft and submit clinical/administrative appeal letters together with supporting medical documents, evidence of timely filing, and policy documentation.

  Guidelines for Payers and Timely Filing Compliance: To avoid write-offs, stay informed on government and commercial payer billing policies, fee schedule updates, appeal deadlines, and timely filing restrictions.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
