    Job Description:

    The "Digital Engine" and "Operational Core" of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services business is the Non-Voice Process Executive. Your main responsibility is to manage and resolve written communications, back-office workflows, and digital transaction queues while voice teams handle live phone lines. This involves turning raw email requests, live chat strings, service tickets, and high-volume data streams into structured resolutions, precise system registries, and impenetrable compliance records. As the "Guardian of Turnaround Time (TAT) Metrics, Documentation Accuracy, and First Contact Resolution Integrity," you assume direct execution responsibility for handling customer chat logs, processing back-office operations, verifying electronic documents, and updating user account data.

     

    Key Duties:

    Written Communication & Digital Support Delivery: Oversee large incoming email queues and live chat platforms, providing polished, well-organised, and grammatically accurate responses to consumer questions.

    Back-Office Transaction Processing: Manage e-commerce order routing within corporate systems, validate vendor documents, process claims, and update account credentials, among other quick backend data activities.

    Data Verification & Content Audit: Examine incoming digital assets and documents to ensure their legitimacy and identify any inconsistencies with compliance prior to entry.

    Ticket Lifecycle Administration: Ensure that complete case notes are recorded for each transaction by creating, tagging, tracking, and closing service files inside CRM platforms.

    Workflow Coordination & Escalation Tracing: Determine which complicated case files need specialised technical interventions and route them between departments while keeping track of the client follow-up.
