  Job Description

  The "Logistical Backbone" and "Flow Coordinator" of our warehouse and manufacturing facilities is the forklift operator. Your main responsibility is to safely, precisely, and effectively move raw materials, sub-assemblies, tooling dies, and completed goods throughout the facility managing loading docks, inventory staging yards, and narrow storage aisles while production line engineers process materials and maintenance teams maintain equipment assets. As the "Guardian of Workplace Safety, Zero-Damage Product Logistics, and Strict Inventory Accuracy," you assume direct execution responsibility for managing heavy industrial equipment (like electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalanced sit-down forklifts), securing unstable loads, loading outgoing trailers, and feeding active manufacturing lines.

   

  Key Duties:

  Precision Machinery Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks, such as heavy-duty pallet lifters, sit-down LPG/Electric forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks, safely through congested staging docks.

  Safe Loading & Unloading: Ensure optimal axle weight distributions and use the appropriate load locks while unloading arriving component shipments and loading outgoing completed products onto freight trailers.

  Production Line Material Supply: Make sure assembly operators never run out of stock by promptly retrieving specific raw materials from deep storage and delivering them to active fabrication cells.

  High-Bay Stacking & Put-Away: While taking center-of-gravity variations into consideration, safely lift, stack, and retrieve loaded pallets from multi-tier high-bay storage racks up to ceiling heights.

  RFScanning & SystemTracking: Using portable RF terminals connected to the Warehouse Management System, scan barcodes to confirm item counts, match product descriptions, and monitor storage rows.
