  Focus Skills:

  Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, power transmission, electrical control panels, PLC automation, and VFDs is required for multidisciplinary electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

  Mastery of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: In-depth understanding of structured preventive maintenance schedule and condition-based monitoring methods.

  Reliability Centred Maintenance & Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in driving ongoing equipment improvement, computing reliability measures, and leading RCFA procedures.

  TPM & CMMS Systems: Real-world experience putting Total Productive Maintenance programs into action and using ERP maintenance modules or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems to manage work orders.
