  Job Description:

  The main 'Hands-On Field Electrical & Instrumentation Execution, Sensor Calibration, Control Valve & Automation Maintenance Anchor' in each of our manufacturing plants is the E&I Technician Electrical & Instrumentation, Loop Calibration, PLC I/O & Process Control Maintenance Specialist. Your main responsibility is to inspect, wire, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant electrical equipment, process transmitters, control valves, PLC/DCS I/O loops, motor control centers (MCC), and industrial field instrumentation. Electrical and instrumentation engineers are in charge of system design and automation architecture. As the "Guardian of Process Control Accuracy, Field Electrical Safety, Signal Integrity, and Zero Instrumentation Downtime," you assume direct responsibility for carrying out loop checks, emergency breakdown responses, and preventive maintenance throughout utility installations and production lines.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Field Instrumentation & Loop Calibration: Practical experience with multimeter/loop calibrators, deadweight testers, HART communicators, dry-block calibrators, and troubleshooting 4–20mA signals.

  Control panel wiring, cable glanding and termination, motor starters (DOL, Star-Delta, VFDs), circuit breakers (ACB, MCCB, and MCB), and interpreting electrical schematics and loop diagrams are all part of industrial electrical maintenance and panel wiring.

  Control Valves & Actuators: Expertise in maintaining and adjusting solenoid valves, positioners, I/P converters, pneumatic pipes, and control valves.

  E&I safety, LOTO compliance, and P&ID literacy include reading Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), adhering strictly to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, intrinsic safety principles, and hazardous area classification regulations.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
