  Job Description:

  The Payment Posting Executive manages healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) payment processing, accurately posting insurance payments, patient co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and contractual adjustments into practice management software. This role processes both Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and paper Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), ensures precise balance reconciliations, identifies payment variances, and provides clean data feeds for downstream billing and collections teams

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent diploma.

  Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Payment Posting Executive, RCM Payment Specialist, or Medical Billing Associate handling U.S. Healthcare processes.

  Technical Mastery: U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Practice Management Systems (eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, Epic, Kareo), 835 ERA auto-posting, EOB breakdown, CARC/RARC code structure, bank batch reconciliation, and MS Excel / Google Sheets tracking

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

  Location: in and Around Chennai

  Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
