  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Preventive and Corrective E&I Maintenance: On field electrical panels, process instruments, distribution boards, motors, and automated control loops, conduct regular preventive maintenance checks, zero/span calibrations, and prompt corrective repairs.

  Process Transmitter & Instrument Calibration: Use HART communicators and precision loop calibrators to calibrate, test, install, and align pressure, differential pressure, level, flow (magnetic, ultrasonic, vortex), and temperature (RTD/Thermocouple) transmitters.

  Examine, test, repair, and calibrate control valves, pneumatic actuators, I/P converters, electro-pneumatic positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves (SOVs) as part of a control valve and pneumatic system overhaul.

  PLC/DCS Field I/O & Control Panel Wiring: To assemble, wire, diagnose, and fix control panels, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers, and PLC I/O channels, read and trace electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), P&IDs, and loop sheets

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
