  Who you are: 

  Manage line assignments, shift rosters, and attendance to guarantee complete station coverage and hourly output targets. Oversee, assign, and oversee shift tasks for operators, technicians, and contract personnel. Oversee daily operations for the assembly, machining, and fabrication lines; keep an eye on hourly production output in relation to predetermined objectives; enforce Takt times; and reduce line stoppage times. Throughout the shift, keep an eye on OEE, First Time Through yield, and scrap generation. To reduce scrap, discover the underlying causes of process variances, material faults, and machine slowdowns. Promote 5S workplace organization, Pokayoke checks, and daily Kaizen routines on the factory floor while enforcing operational compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
