  Job Description:

  The main "Backend Architecture Anchor, Code Optimisation Specialist, API Engine & Software Quality Guardian" for our technological operations is the Python Developer – Backend Systems Architecture, API Engineering, Automation Frameworks, Data Pipelines & Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable Python-based backend applications, RESTful APIs, automation scripts, and data processing workflows while Chief Technology Officers (CTO), System Architects, and Engineering Managers create macro software strategies, cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and overall product roadmaps. As the "Guardian of Python Code Quality, API Performance, Backend Scalability, and System Reliability," you assume direct responsibility for converting technical specifications into effective, scalable, and hygienic software solutions.

   

  Key Duties:

  Backend & API Development: Use contemporary Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) to design, create, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

  Database Integration & ORM Management: Create effective database queries, create data models, and link relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).

  Automation and Data Pipeline Engineering: To handle high-volume asynchronous jobs, create scalable data processing pipelines, web scrapers, task queues (Celery, Redis), and background automation scripts.

  Code Optimisation & System Performance: To reduce API latency and increase backend throughput, profile application code, optimise memory consumption, rework legacy codebases, and use caching techniques.

  Testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Deployment Support: Create unit, integration, and functional tests (pytest, unittest), make sure that test coverage is high, and incorporate code into CI/CD pipelines.
