  Job Description

  The main "Asset Reliability Engine, Plant Maintenance Specialist, Breakdown Resolution Lead & Equipment Up-time Guardian" in all of our manufacturing facilities is the Maintenance Engineer in Manufacturing Industries Equipment Reliability, Preventive Maintenance, TPM, Root Cause Failure Analysis & Maintenance Data Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to plan, carry out, monitor, and optimise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production machinery, while Maintenance Managers, Plant Operations Directors, and Chief Operating Officers (COO) set macro asset management policies, capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, regulatory compliance frameworks, and long-term plant availability goals.

   

  Responsibilities

  Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning: Create, plan, and carry out thorough Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and utility systems.

  Breakdown Troubleshooting & Electro-Mechanical Repair: To reduce production line downtime, lead quick reaction and in-depth technical diagnosis during equipment failures involving CNC/VMC machines, hydraulic presses, automated assembly lines, PLCs, robots, and utility systems.

  Total Productive Maintenance & Autonomous Maintenance: Put TPM pillars into practice on the manufacturing floor by educating production workers on routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic lubrication.

  Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability Engineering: To apply long-term engineering changes and improve Mean Time Between Failures, conduct systematic RCFA investigations for significant equipment failures.

  Spare Parts Inventory & Maintenance Cost Control: Control monthly maintenance operating costs, regulate toolroom spare consumption, set minimum and maximum stock levels, and maintain inventories of essential equipment spare parts.

   

  Skills:

  Multidisciplinary Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: Excellent technical proficiency in troubleshooting electrical control panels, PLC automation, mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, power transmission and VFDs.

  Mastery of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance: Comprehensive understanding of condition-based monitoring methods and organised scheduling of preventive maintenance.

  Reliability Centred Maintenance & Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in developing RCFA techniques, computing reliability measurements, and promoting ongoing equipment development.

  TPM & CMMS Systems: Real-world experience putting Total Productive Maintenance programs into action and managing work orders with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems or ERP maintenance modules.
