  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Shift Output and Execution Mastery: Lead and manage the whole shop floor production team during the shift to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met while maintaining optimal equipment utilisation.

  Manpower Deployment and Allocation: Hold shift floor huddles, assign operators to specific lines based on skill matrices, monitor attendance variances, and re-allocate manpower dynamically to cover important bottlenecks.

  Immediate Bottleneck & Breakdown Response: Serve as the first line of defence during line outages, coordinating with maintenance, tools, and utility engineers to isolate equipment defects and reduce downtime.

  Safety Policy and LOTO Enforcement: Maintain ultimate authority over safety compliance on the floor ensuring all operators wear compulsory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), execute standard Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols and follow safe lifting requirements.

   

  Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
