• PPC Assistant Engineer Raw Material Planning

  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Depending on client order priority, machine availability, and tooling readiness, create, issue, and update daily and weekly production schedules (D plans) across manufacturing lines. Determine the requirements for raw materials, subassemblies, and bought-out items based on the Bill of Materials (BOM); work with procurement and stores to ensure that materials are released to the shop floor on time and without stockouts. To find bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and avoid line imbalances, help assess machine capacity utilisation, labour distribution, and line loading. Track WIP inventory levels, keep track of traceabilities for active project orders, and keep an eye on shop-floor progress in real time across departments (machining, moulding, fabrication, assembly, coating/painting). Work closely with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Logistics teams to address production delays, speed up important customer shipments, and promote compliance with OTIF.
