  Job Description:

  The main "Claims Recovery & Revenue Resolution Specialist" for our medical billing and revenue cycle operations is the Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Insurance Follow-Up, Denial Management & Claims Recovery. Your main responsibility is to keep an eye on outstanding insurance claims, analyse claim denials, carry out strategic follow-ups with insurance payers, and appeal underpaid claims in order to optimise cash flow, while charge entry executives submit claims and payment posting specialists record incoming remittances. As the "Guardian of Net Revenue Realisation, Days in AR, Denial Resolution Rates, Timely Filing Compliance, and Zero Uncollected Revenue," you have primary responsibility for collecting unpaid medical claims.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Comprehensive knowledge of US insurance billing policies, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, commercial payer rules, EOB/ERA denial structures, and claim appeal procedures.

  Denial Analysis & Claims Troubleshooting: Outstanding analytical skills to determine the underlying reasons for claim denials (eligibility, medical necessity, prior authorisation, duplicate claims, modifier issues) and carry out corrective actions.

  Payer Portal & Telephone Navigation: Practical knowledge of using insurance provider portals (Availity, Navinet, payer websites) and making efficient phone calls to insurance agents.

  Practice Management & RCM Systems Literacy: Mastery of the main RCM, EMR, and PM programs

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
